The Dante Alighieri Italian Society of Auckland invites Slow Food Waitakere members to a special Italian evening dedicated to the cheeses of Puglia.
We will be tasting traditional Italian cheeses (including mozzarella) made in NZ from local products by Massimiliano De Caro. Massimiliano will also give a talk
about cheese making, and architect John Anderson will show us some images of Puglia.
